Shop Policy / Shipping Policy:

Our top priority is getting your orders to you promptly. We are so thankful to those of you who place orders with our company.

    ***Processing & shipping may take up to 2 weeks.***

  • A X C is located in Louisiana and currently only ships to USA.

  • Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered during checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos.

  • Please Allow 24 hours for an email response.

Orders can not be edited once the order is placed; you will need to make a new order to add additional items.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges:

All items purchased are final sale, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company only.

  • If the product you received is deemed defective or you receive the wrong product your order is eligible for a return. Please email axcdesigns@yahoo.com - within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Any items that are out of stock due to an inventory error will be refunded.

  • Packages that are returned to sender (A X C Designs, LLC) will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Jewelry / Accessories Information:

All jewelry/accessories are considered "costume jewelry" and should not be worn on sensitive skin. Exposing your jewelry to salt water, chlorinated water, household chemicals, soaps, any kind of perfumes, can cause damage to your jewelry, including discoloration and abrasions over time.
